Washington: US Secretary of State Marco Rubiomet on Thursday met with President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) Felix Tshisekedi, who is on an official visit to Washington. During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations, including progress in implementing the US-DRC Strategic Partnership Agreement, as well as US investment opportunities throughout the DRC.
According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions aimed to strengthen the ties between the two nations, focusing on economic collaboration and mutual interests. The meeting highlighted the importance of the US-DRC Strategic Partnership Agreement, which seeks to enhance cooperation in various sectors.
