US Wall Street Stock Exchange Begins Trading on Upward Note, SandP 500 and Nasdaq Reaching All-Time High

New york: The main indices on the US Wall Street stock exchange began their trading Wednesday on an upward note, with SandP 500 and Nasdaq hitting record highs, supported by growing optimism that the Federal Reserve may resume its monetary policy easing cycle next month.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose by 112.9 points, or 0.25 percent, to 44,571.53 points. The SandP 500 Index increased by 16.9 points, or 0.26 percent, to 6,462.67 points. Meanwhile, the Nasdaq Composite Index climbed 82.6 points, or 0.38 percent, to 21,764.548.

The positive trend in the market is largely attributed to investor anticipation that the Federal Reserve might ease its monetary policy, potentially stimulating further economic growth. This expectation has buoyed investor confidence, pushing the indices to reach unprecedented levels.
