According to Qatar News Agency, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose by 218.9 points, or 0.48%, reaching 45,698.46. The S and P 500 gained 70 points, or 1.07%, climbing to 6,622.53. Meanwhile, the Nasdaq Composite advanced by 374.2 points, or 1.69%, opening at 22,578.67.
