The Water Authority confirmed today, Friday, the entry of 20 thousand liters of fuel to water facilities located within the jurisdiction of Gaza City only, where the distribution included ten wells and two pumping stations for sewage and rainwater. The Water Authority confirmed in a statement that "with the approach of winter, we are working intensively to secure the operation of the central sewage and rainwater stations. In this context, the sewage and rainwater pumping station in Sheikh Radwan Pond has been supplied with 7,000 liters, due to the presence of large quantities of sewage and rainwater in the pond and the fear of an overflow." The Water Authority also stressed the necessity of bringing fuel into the North Gaza Governorate, to enable it to operate the wells and sewage stations, all of whose facilities have stopped due to the ongoing aggression on Jabalia in North Gaza.
