Gaza City: At least 11 Palestinians were killed and dozens injured in Israeli occupation airstrikes on displaced persons across the Gaza Strip.
According to Qatar News Agency, in central Gaza Strip, medical sources reported that three people, including women, were killed and several others injured in a shelling of a tent housing displaced persons in the yard of an UNRWA school south of the Nuseirat camp. Additionally, medical teams recovered the bodies of two persons killed in a previous Israeli shelling of the town of Al Maghraqa.
A child was also killed and others were injured due to drone shelling in the east of Khan Yunis, southern Gaza Strip. Five people were killed and others were injured as a result of Israeli gunfire targeting tents housing displaced persons in the Al Mawasi area between the cities of Khan Yunis and Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.
Several Palestinians were injured when Israeli warplanes targeted a group of Palestinians in the Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip, while others sustained injuries in an Israeli bombardment of Al Nakhil Street in the Al Tuffah neighborhood east of Gaza City.
The Israeli entity resumed its aggression against the Gaza Strip after a two-month hiatus under a ceasefire agreement that came into effect on January 19. However, the occupation violated the ceasefire throughout the two months, continuing its bombardment of various areas in the Gaza Strip, causing casualties and injuries.
It also refused to implement the humanitarian protocol and tightened its stifling siege on the Strip, which is experiencing an unprecedented humanitarian tragedy.
