Manama, Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, met Yaqoob Al Qassab, Engineering Specialist of the National Space Science Agency (NSSA) and member of Lamea Association, congratulating him on winning the award (20 young leaders under 35), presented by the Society of Satellite Professionals International (SSPI) in its 2024 edition. Minister Tawfiqi congratulated Al Qassab on winning the Distinguished Award, which is a culmination of his efforts and merit in the field of space and satellites. She said that this achievement represents a high level of international recognition of the ability of the Bahraini youth to achieve excellence in various fields. She added that Al Qassab was example of the successful and hardworking Bahraini youth and is an inspiration to his younger counterparts. Al Qassab expressed his appreciation for the Minister's efforts to support Bahraini youth.
