The Hague - Ma'an - Today, Monday, the organization "Reporters Without Borders" filed a new complaint before the International Criminal Court, regarding "war crimes committed by Israel against journalists." The organization called on the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to "investigate crimes committed against at least nine Palestinian reporters between December 15, 2023 and May 20, 2024." She explained that this is the third complaint she has filed about the killing of journalists in Gaza before the International Criminal Court, after a first complaint on October 31 and another on December 22. The new complaint refers to 'eight new cases of Palestinian journalists killed and a reporter injured,' all of them 'while exercising their journalistic duties.' The non-governmental organization confirmed that it has "reasonable reasons to believe that some of these journalists were victims of premeditated murders and others were victims of deliberate attacks against civilians by the Israeli army." In early January, the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court said that crimes against journalists were included in his investigation into war crimes in Gaza. Source: Maan News Agency
