Doha: The Academic Bridge Program (ABP) of Qatar Foundations Pre-University Education (PUE) has organized a one-day intensive leadership training course to help executives achieve excellence in a rapidly changing business environment, in collaboration with the European Management Center and the American Management Association. The course provided participants with strategies to enhance their leadership skills, with a focus on promoting innovation to drive organizational success. Through interactive exercises and discussions, attendees explored how to implement creative solutions, adapt to changing business dynamics, and inspire their teams to achieve higher levels of performance. The training course brought together fifty executives and heads of departments from the public and private sectors in the State of Qatar, reflecting the ABPs commitment to spreading a culture of lifelong learning and supporting the community through educational initiatives.
