Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi discussed Monday, with his Belarusian counterpart Maxim Ryzhenkov, who is visiting China, the bolstering of bilateral cooperation between the two countries. The two sides also exchanged views on the Ukrainian crisis. The Chinese minister said that the top priority is to follow the three principles of not expanding the battlefield, not escalating the fighting, and not inflaming the situation by any party, with the aim of easing and calming the crisis and creating conditions for the resumption of dialogue between Russia and Ukraine.
