Jenin - Ma'an - The Palestinian Telecommunications Company and Ooredoo announced today, Thursday, that communications and the Internet network were cut off in Jenin Governorate, due to the ongoing aggression for the second day in a row. In two separate statements, they explained that the main and backup routes feeding the communications network in Jenin Governorate were damaged due to the occupation's extensive destruction of the infrastructure. They pointed out that technical crews have been trying since yesterday to reach the affected areas, but the field conditions prevent this. The Red Crescent's central operations room stated that contact with the Jenin Ambulance Center and its crews was completely lost, as reports indicate that the cellular network, landline and internet networks were cut off, in addition to the wireless transmitters also stopping.
