Manama, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has issued Decree (60) of 2024, amending some of the provisions of Decree (60) of 2020 on restructuring the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism, based on a proposal by the Minister of Industry and Commerce and following the approval of the Cabinet. Article I The phrase "Industry and Commerce" shall replace "Industry, Commerce, and Tourism" in the title of Decree No. (60) of 2020 on the restructuring of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism, as well as wherever it appears in Article I of the decree. Article II A new item (c) is added to paragraph (2) of (Third) in Article I of Decree No. (60) of 2020 on the restructuring of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism, which reads as follows: "c- Directorate of Business Services." Article III The Minister of Industry and Commerce shall implement this decree, which takes effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
