Manama, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of thanks from Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, Minister of Labour, marking Labour Day. He hailed the annual royal patronage of the celebration of Labour Day in which outstanding workers across various sectors are recognised. The minister lauded the royal pardon decree of numerous convicts on the occasion of the Silver Jubilee of His Majesty's Accession, which reflected HM's commitment to supporting the welfare of citizens. He also commended the directives of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, which have contributed to the integration of those pardoned individuals into society, providing them with job and training opportunities and requirements needed for their future. The minister pledged to continue collaboration with authorities to support the stability and growth of Bahrain's labour market, by providing job opportunities, and an environment that encourages excellence in line with the Kingdom's comprehensive development.
