Manama, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Economic Development Board (EDB), issued Edict (2) of 2024 regarding the restructuring of the EDB, as follows: Article (I) The Economic Development Board is restructured under the chairmanship of the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, with the following members: 1. HH Shaikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa 2. HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa 3. HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa 4. The Deputy Prime Minister, HE Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa 5. The Minister of Finance and National Economy 6. The Minister of Labour 7. The CEO of the Economic Development Board 8. The Minister of Industry and Commerce 9. The Governor of the Central Bank of Bahrain 10. The Chairman of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry 11. The Political and Economic Affairs Advisor at the Crown Prince's Court 12. The CEO of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company 13. Samer Majed Al Jishi 14. Y usuf Abdullah Ali Reza 15. Tariq Jalil Al Saffar 16. Khalid Amro Al Rumaihi 17. Khalid Ali Rashid Al Amin 18. Najla Mohammed Al Shirawi 19. Rasha Mohammed Sabkar 20. Ali Mousa Shafie 21. Nabeel Khalid Kanoo 22. Hala Ali Yateem 23. Hala Farouk Almoayyed 24. Alaa Abdulkhaliq Saeed Article (II) The membership term is set for three years starting from the date of issuance of this edict.
