Jordan's King Abdullah II and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer discussed Monday via phone the bilateral relations, in addition to the latest developments in the Gaza Strip in light of the ongoing Israeli occupation aggression against the Strip since October 7. During the call, the Jordanian King stressed the need to mobilize international support to reach an immediate and permanent ceasefire in Gaza, protect civilians, and double relief aid to the Strip and deliver it by all possible means. He warned of the danger of expanding the circle of conflict in the region, stressing that the two-state solution is the only way to achieve just and comprehensive peace. The King stressed Jordan's keenness to enhance cooperation in a way that serves the two peoples and enhances the security and stability of the region. Source: Qatar News Agency
