In a statement, the minister underscored Bahrain's commitment to participating annually in the meeting, which serves as a global platform for the three production parties. The meeting discussed significant labour concerns and addressed labour market challenges. Humaidan highlighted the Kingdom's successful labour market development efforts, which serve as a global model, particularly as Bahrain's national legislation aligns with international labour standards. The conference discussed the report by Gilbert Houngbo, Director-General of the International Labour Organisation (ILO), emphasising the importance of social justice and social contract renewal, aligning with ILO guidelines on social justice and social dialogue.
