BETHLEHEM - Ma'an - In recent months, pro-Palestinian organizations have intensified their efforts to promote legal action worldwide against Israeli soldiers who participated in the aggression on Gaza, and not only against the political and security elite in Israel. Israel fears that combining these efforts with a trial before the International Court of Justice, which will consider whether Israel is committing genocide in Gaza, will put soldiers and officers who took part in the war at risk in the future. A pro-Palestinian organization has filed a complaint with the Hague court with the names of about 1,000 soldiers and officers accused of committing acts contrary to international law.
