Pakistan on Monday strongly condemned Israeli entity's attacks on Palestine, Yemen, and Lebanon. "Israel's aggressive actions are pushing the region towards a broader conflict, which could escalate into a global war," Chairman of Pakistan's Senate Yousuf Raza Gilani warned. Israel's refusal to agree to a ceasefire was an attempt to plunge the region into further chaos, putting regional peace at risk, the Assoiated Press of Pakistan (APP) quoted Gilani as saying. He stressed "The Muslim world must unite and raise its voice against Israel's hostile actions." He also urged the United Nations to take immediate notice of the atrocities committed by the Israeli entity against civilians and take action to end its aggression. Speaker pf Pakistan's National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has strongly condemned Israel's increasing adventurism in the Middle East, while stating, "Such actions jeopardize regional peace and threaten global security." The Speaker urged the international community, including the United Natio ns, human rights organizations, and world powers, to take immediate notice of the situation and intervene to stop Israeli occupation's continued brutality. Sardar Ayaz Sadiq reiterated Pakistan's unwavering support for the people of Gaza and Lebanon. The unprecedented Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip by sea, land, and air has continued since Oct. 7, leaving tens of thousands of martyrs, injured, and missing people, as well as massive destruction to infrastructure and vital facilities and installations. Moreover, it has resulted in an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe in the Strip due to the suspension of food, water, medicine, and fuel supplies. Lebanon has also faced extensive Israeli attacks targeting border villages and infrastructure, resulting in the death and injury of thousands and forcing over a million residents from the targeted areas to flee. Additionally, the Israeli entity has carried out airstrikes on Al-Hodeidah Governorate in Yemen. Source: Qatar News Agency
