Manama, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, received Rear Admiral Vasileios Gryparis, the EU Operation Commander of 'EUNAVFOR ASPIDES', and the accompanying delegation. The meeting discussed means to enhance cooperation between Bahrain and the European Union to achieve common benefits. They emphasised the importance of maintaining regional security and stability, and to ensure the freedom of maritime navigation. Additionally, they reviewed several issues of common interest.
