London, The State of Qatar participated in the Sixth meeting of the quint group on Somalia, held today in London, with the participation of the United States of America, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Turkiye and the Federal Republic of Somalia. HE Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Faisal bin Abdullah Al Hanzab led the State of Qatar's delegation to the meeting. The meeting discussed the current security and political situation in Somalia and ways to coordinate shared action. HE Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs underscored, during the meeting, the importance strengthening the efforts dedicated to supporting security, stability, unity, and sovereignty over its entire territory.
