Qatar Charity (QC) has distributed relief aid in southern Lebanon. Qatar Charity's field teams began distributing the necessary and urgent humanitarian aid in Lebanon in light of the increasing number of displaced people who have currently taken refuge in schools and institutes. Qatar Charity (QC) seeks to continue providing assistance to those affected in light of the worsening crisis, and this assistance will focus on food baskets, providing shelter materials and personal hygiene kits, in addition to clean drinking water. Qatar Charity (QC) is one of the first Arab and international humanitarian organizations to move to help the displaced Lebanese in light of the escalating crisis. Since yesterday, southern Lebanon has been subjected to extensive Israeli attacks targeting border villages and infrastructure, which has forced thousands of residents of the targeted areas to flee. Earlier Tuesday, the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that the death toll from Israeli raids on southern and eastern Leba non has risen to 558 dead and 1,835 injured. Source: Qatar News Agency
