Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index experienced an uptick on Wednesday, rising by 30.08 points, or 0.28 percent, to settle at 10,807.47 points.
According to Qatar News Agency, the trading session witnessed a total of 82,630,009 shares being exchanged, which amounted to a value of QR 289,814,381.920. These transactions were conducted through 20,524 deals spanning all sectors.
The session concluded with 24 companies seeing their shares increase in value, while 23 companies experienced a decline. The shares of five companies remained unchanged from their previous closing price.
By the end of the trading day, the market capitalization was recorded at QR 646,572,296,435.346, reflecting a rise from the previous session's QR 644,600,739,378.264.
