Manama, Anwar Bu Hassan, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Good Word Society (GWS) and Secretary-General of the Arab Union for Voluntary Work, announced that the jury committee of the Shaikh Isa bin Ali Award for Voluntary Work has received the list of nominees for this year's edition The committee will select the most outstanding individuals based on specific criteria to highlight their significant contributions to voluntary work. Bu Hassan said that this year's award will honour leading figures in voluntary work across the Arab world, recognising their humanitarian efforts and contributions to their communities. He also noted that the award will recognise pioneering voluntary projects and institutions that have made a positive impact on society, as part of the 14th edition of the Shaikh Isa bin Ali Award for Voluntary Work Bu Hassan praised the support of HH Shaikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa, noting that the award has positioned Bahrain as a leader in voluntary and humanitarian efforts, contri buting to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
