Ramallah- Ma'an- The Palestinian National Initiative Movement mourned the martyrdom of the wounded prisoner Wafaa Jarrar "Umm Hudhayfah" who was martyred in intensive care after her legs were amputated due to her injury and the brutal assault on her during her arrest in her home in Jenin. The martyr Wafaa was subjected to deliberate medical neglect and inhumane conditions imposed by the occupation authorities, including isolation, deprivation, food reduction, and deprivation of medicine and treatment for the sick among them. With the martyrdom of prisoner Jarrar, the Palestinian National Initiative Movement calls on international institutions and bodies that are still silent about the occupation's crimes, brutality, and abuse of our prisoners in its prisons and detention centers to urgently intervene to save them. The Palestinian National Initiative Movement extends its deepest condolences and most sincere sympathies to the family of the martyr Jarrar and to the entire prisoner movement. It calls for the b roadest solidarity campaigns with male and female prisoners to support them and highlight their suffering and the brutal repression they are subjected to, which culminates in execution and deliberate killing.
