Jordan: The Jordanian Armed Forces announced on Tuesday that the kingdom's air defense systems successfully intercepted and destroyed three Iranian missiles that were directed towards the country.
According to Qatar News Agency, a military source at the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces confirmed that the interception operation did not result in any casualties or material damage.
Following the interception, teams from the Royal Engineering Corps were dispatched to the locations where the missile debris landed. These teams secured the areas and managed the remnants following established technical and security procedures, as noted by the source.
The military source emphasized the ongoing vigilance of the Jordanian Armed Forces, stating that they continue to monitor the nation's airspace and maintain full operational preparedness to address any potential threats to Jordan's security and sovereignty.
