Riyadh, Mohammed bin Thamer Al Kaabi, Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, met with Abdulaziz Al Duailej, the President of the KSA General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), on the sidelines of his participation in the Future Aviation Forum. The forum is held from May 20-22 in Riyadh under the theme "Elevating Global Connectivity." AlKaabi highlighted the significance of maintaining ongoing cooperation in the air transportation industry. He emphasised the strong bilateral relations and common keenness to strengthen cooperation across all domains. AlKaabi also acknowledged Saudi Arabia as a significant strategic partner of Bahrain, particularly in the air transportation industry. The minister said that the rapid global advancements in the aviation sector necessitate international cooperation to stay updated. The meeting discussed means to strengthen cooperation to contribute to economic integration and facilitating the movement of passengers and cargo between the two kingdoms. Al Duailej expressed his appreciation to the minister for his interest in enhancing bilateral relations, emphasising his country's keenness to foster relations. Source: Bahrain News Agency
