Jerusalem, The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) said on Sunday that all of its 36 shelters in Rafah in southern Gaza are 'empty' due to the ongoing Israeli military operation. UNRWA wrote on its social media platform X that thousands of families were forced to flee. UNRWA added that 1.7 million of Gaza's population are now displaced in the city of Khan Yunis, and its surrounding areas.
