Doha: US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced early Saturday that it has completed a seventh consecutive night of airstrikes against Iran, focusing on military logistics infrastructure and other strategic sites to degrade Iran's military capabilities.

According to Qatar News Agency, CENTCOM's statement detailed that the recent strikes targeted a variety of critical military assets, including military logistics infrastructure, surveillance sites, underground weapons storage facilities, and maritime capabilities. The comprehensive operation involved the use of fighter aircraft, drones, warships, and other military resources.

The command also emphasized that over 50,000 US service members are currently deployed across the Middle East, remaining "vigilant, lethal and ready." In addition, CENTCOM dismissed claims made by Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) that two oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz were damaged by mines purportedly laid by Iran, labeling the assertions as false.

Earlier, CENTCOM had announced the initiation of the latest wave of strikes, reiterating that the operation aims to further weaken Iran's military strength.
