Manama, General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the Interior Minister, met with Dr. Mohammed Ali Koman, Secretary General of the Arab Interior Ministers Council, this morning. The meeting was attended by Shaikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, the Interior Ministry's Undersecretary. The Interior Minister commended the role of the general secretariat of the council in advancing joint Arab security cooperation and overseeing the implementation of decisions made by the Arab interior ministers. The meeting discussed ways to support and enhance mechanisms for joint Arab security cooperation across various domains. They also addressed topics related to the council's meetings, highlighting their importance in strengthening security collaboration among member states.
