Quneitra: Israeli occupation forces on Monday conducted an incursion into Al-Mushayrifa village in northern Quneitra, southern Syria. Local sources reported that the Israeli occupation forces arrested a young man during the operation.
According to Qatar News Agency, the force, consisting of three vehicles, penetrated the village and set up a temporary checkpoint. The incursion is part of ongoing actions by Israel that reportedly violate the 1974 disengagement agreement. These actions include raids, arrests, and land leveling, aiming at civilians in the southern region of Syria.
Syria has consistently demanded the withdrawal of Israeli forces from its territory. The Syrian government asserts that all measures taken by the occupation in southern Syria are null and void and have no legal effect under international law. Furthermore, Syria has urged the international community to take responsibility, curb the occupation's actions, and ensure a full withdrawal from the region.
